Fledged Hawks moving well in the woods July 16, 2013
You now have to go into the woods to see the hawks. They are also eating food on their own. Female delivers it and they do their own prepping.
All four eyas have moved into the woods. July 15, 2013
Went away for a few days to find not one eyas at the nest. All were down in the woods. I heard two calling and finally saw the other two. They blend right into the trees. No sign of the female today
Female Cooper Hawk preps food July 8, 2013
When I arrived I heard two adults in the woods. Went to see the female prepping food for the young. I could hear a second adult deeper in the woods. Once she finished prepping food she flew directly to the nest - she was feeding them by beak.

Saw the female bring food to the nest. It was a fight to see who got on the nest first.
Male and Female Eyas playing on the branches July 7, 2013
Today was amazing. I saw two on the same branch side by side. It was clear one was a female and one male. The male was playing with his sisters feathers. Biting them and trying to get her to move. When she finally got out of his spot he layed down like a chicken. Wonderful to see the interactions between the young.
